Lodging

We offer a 1-bedroom treehouse, a 2-bedroom chalet, and a 2-bedroom bungalow for short and long-term rentals. If you are looking to be immersed in life on the farm, you will enjoy these quaint wooden cabins.

The Treehouse

For peace, quiet, adventure, and privacy, try our recently completed treehouse cabin. You will feel like you are living in the trees (because you will be), with a deck that hangs over the mountain and provides you with sweeping views of the valley and Cuenca off in the distance. All of this with the luxury of electricity, hot water, a wood stove, and internet. We will give you a ride up to the treehouse from our house when you get here and a ride down when you leave. We do not offer rides up and down during your stay.

The Chalet

The Chalet has two bedrooms upstairs, each with a separate entrance. Downstairs there is a kitchen/living room area equipped with an efficient wood cook stove, gas cook-top, small refrigerator, sink and coffee maker.  A full bath with 24-hr hot water is located just above the chalet – a short covered walk away. Guests will need to be able to climb stairs, moving between the three levels of the house.

The Bungalow

The Bungalow offers a similar two bedroom experience, but with fewer steps. The living room is equipped with a wood burning stove and the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, and a small cook top stove. The main bedroom includes a loft, optimized with a see-through ceiling panel designed for late night star gazing from the comfort of your bed. The bathroom is of course modern and comfortably furnished with a hot shower and you will enjoy drinking coffee on the covered porch catching the morning sun.

Meals

Guests enjoy a free breakfast, prepared fresh on site and delivered to your cabin each morning. Typical breakfast includes fresh homemade yogurt, milk, artisan bread, hard-boiled eggs, homemade butter and jelly, fresh fruit (seasonal), and fresh brewed coffee or tea. Dinner is available upon request: Chalet ($6/person), Bungalow ($6/person) and Treehouse ($8/person).
